2025

This year is still a year of growth. Atomic Habits is a book that has impacted my personal hope for the business. 

It's about doing things just a little better each day. In 1 year, the changes become exponential. I witnessed a lot of that in 2024.

But change is never easy. A lot of it is just facing where we screw up and what I'm bad at.

I'm bad at many things like:

- Communication

- Simplifying things so it's super easy to understand

- Guiding a Growing Team 

But it's exciting to know that so long as we're on the right path, no matter how slow and difficult change is- the journey is worth it. I've gotten to see how our team in Taiwan has grown to 10 people, and over 35+ contractors in the U.S. 

There certainly are stresses/challenges to working with a growing Team. But I've found every person has their own giftedness and many of the people we work with truly want to help. 

I'm really grateful for the last couple years. For every person that has been a part of the story and for the next chapter into the beautiful unknown. - Daniel Kao
